One of the key speakers, Bongani Gumede, Managing Director of Tongaat Hulett Property weighs in on the topic.  Since 1990 Tongaat Hulett Property, together with partners, has facilitated investment of more than R70 Billion into KZN. Together with Devmco Group, Tongaat Hulett Property has invested approximately R5 billion into the Sibaya Coastal Precinct thus far and work hand-in-hand with local municipalities, communities, businesses, developers and investors.
